   Hello ATA Members,

   I've been reading the ATA mags for about a year now and love it. I'm at the stage where I need to start designing our 1st home (we will likely live in it for decades).

   Where do I start? Is there a comprehensive check list for this kind of thing?

   I feel like I'm just randomly gathering ideas from articles. I'd rather be much more methodical and efficient with it.

   We're in the same boat, the idea I'm getting is orientation needs sorting early. Totally recommend the your home book and visiting houses on sustainable house day.
