I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations on the best in-home energy monitor to buy for use in NSW with a TOU tariff but without a smart-meter?
The house is on a 3-phase supply with time-of-use billing via standard (not smart) electronic accumulation meter under the Ausgrid EA025 residential TOU tariff with 3 billing periods (peak, shoulder & off-peak).
Essential capabilities would be:
-Instantaneous kW across 3 phases and PV;
-Accumulated kWh over 30-minute intervals;
-Downloadable interval data for analysis in MS Excel; and
-Net-metered PV capability.
Desirable capabilities would include:
-Remote access via smartphone or tablet;
-Voltage compensation;
-Peak demand (kW and/or kVA) within 30-minute billing period .
