Here is small gadget that takes care of air pressure of in you bike or car tire.
Installed on the rim inside the tyre is small pump. When pressure in tire drops any bump will cause that piston to move against cylinder to pump some external fresh air.
Then there is also safety valve to release excess air to set optimum.
This internal tire pump could be in the form of piston - cylinder setup or tennis ball with spring inside and two valves configuration....
another configuration could be pump activated by change in gravity.
thank you for listening....

Centrifugal force would probably stop the pump piston whatever from operating if located inside rim.
But maybe adaptation so that pump driven by suspension up down movement and pressure line go in through hub like on Hum Vee. Pressure relief valve could be on wheel rim where fill point is now - be two way valve.
Staun Deflator works this way.

When you press your 80Kg against piston pencil size you will create pressure to blow all tires airplanes included. BTW piston is in action only when pressure is low. The harder tire is the less pumping action or none at all
